In order to continue your education or get employed in Ukraine, it is required that your diplomas, secondary education certificates and other education documents acquired in other countries take effect in the territory of Ukraine.

Any education documents owned by citizens of the former USSR issued before 15 May 1992 do not need nostrification pursuant to Article 5 of the Treaty of Cooperation in Education signed in Tashkent in 1992. State parties to this Treaty: Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Belarus, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Republic of Armenia, Republic of Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
